PACE Funding

PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) is an innovative way for property owners to pay for energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation measures, as authorized by Missouri state statute. PACE enables property owners to finance energy efficient and renewable energy improvements as an assessment on their real property which  they can pay back over time along with their property taxes. Eligibility is primarily based on home equity and payment history, rather than FICO scores. PACE financing is private capital, with no taxpayer funds. Funding is available to commercial, industrial, non-profit, government and agricultural property owners. Eligible projects include heating and cooling systems, insulation, energy-efficient lighting, solar panels and water pumps.
