Treatment Plant2007 Annual Water Quality Report The City of Jefferson provides regional wastewater (sewage) collection and treatment for the citizens inside the corporate limits of Jefferson City, parts of Cole County between Jefferson City and St. Martins including Apache Flats, Westview Heights, and other subdivisions.Funding the New Treatment PlantIn 2000 City residents approved a $52 million bond issue for funds to finance a new wastewater treatment facility.; The Jefferson City wastewater treatment facility upgrade cost of $25 million included a new administration building, lab facilities, headworks, the SBR, a 30" directional drilled river crossing pipe, and the 60 MGD pumping station.Thank You Jefferson City! The City of Jefferson thanks its residents for funding the Jefferson City Regional Water Reclamation Facility.
