Clean Indoor Air Ordinance

As of January 31, 2011, Jefferson City residents approved a Clean Indoor Air Ordinance.  Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed public places with in the City of Jefferson.  The Clean Indoor Air Ordinance can be found at:

Grease Interceptor 

The City of Jefferson Environmental Health code requires a grease interceptor to be installed in a food establishment that cooks or produces items with grease. Below is a informational handout and a cleaning record sheet. A food establishment manager should be able to produce records of how often the interceptor is cleaned.
