Is your youth group, school class or work group looking for their next daytime outing? Daytime Hayrides are a great way to get outside and enjoy the day! For groups 6 years or younger, our wagons can accommodate 25 children. For groups with ages 7 and older, our wagons can accommodate up to 20 people. Please see the chart below to view available times and days.

Monday - Thursday	9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All daytime Hayrides must end by 5:00 p.m. The price is $30/hr regardless of the number of wagons used (2 available). In addition, there is a refundable deposit fee of $25 per wagon. 

Afternoon/Evening Hayrides
Afternoon/evening Hayrides are available seven days a week.  Please see the chart below for specific days and times.

Monday - Thursday	5:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.
Friday - Sunday	2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.

If your party wishes to make a reservation outside of the listed times, please contact the Program Manager, Alexis Kerman. All Hayrides last approximately 2 1/2 hours.

Cost is $60 per wagon with a maximum of 20 people per wagon (2 wagons are available). In addition, there is a refundable deposit fee of $25 per wagon. 

Reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis and should be made in person or by phone. Inquiries may be made by phone or emailing mkerman@jeffcitymo.org but Hayride reservations must be accompanied by payment in full for both the Hayride fee and the deposit fee.

Cancellations
If your party decides to cancel a Hayride at least 10 days prior to your reservation date, you will get a your money back minus a $10 processing fee. 
If you cancel after 10 days prior to your reservation date, you will only receive half of your fee back plus the $25 deposit. 
If JC Parks cancels due to weather, we will issue a full refund.
